This PDF is another work from Laurie Baker, and is based upon first hand knowledge of earthquake hit villages in India.
All to often American preppers tend to view things through their own bias and make plans based on assumptions rooted in those bias.
I like finding people who have lived through the events similar to what I am planning to deal with so I can vet my assumptions through the lens of reality and history.
It is for that reason I seek out Prepper Authors like Selco and FerFal to learn from first hand survivors of disaster. Without first hand knowledge (and who wants that), learning from those who experienced actual disaster is the best way to learn. At least im my opinion.
Earthquakes are one thing that I have plans for as I live in the New Madrid fault zone. As a Emergency management planner, I helped develop some of my states response protocols.
This makes me much more interested in Baker’s first hand experience in Earthquake hit villages.
